Asian Orange Chicken Thighs
Combine orange juice, coconut aminos, green onion, oil, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes (optional) in a bowl and mix.
Save aside 1/4 cup of marinade for brushing on chicken later. Layer chicken thighs in a deep dish pan and pour marinade over. You can also put in a couple gallon size ziplock bag with a good seal.
Cover and refrigerate. At least 30 min. turning chicken once after 15 min.
You can easily make this ahead and let refrigerate overnight. The longer it marinates, the better the flavor.
Bake at 375 for 30 min. Then broil until tops are brown and crispy.
or toss on the grill the last few min...because everything tastes better off the grill! 🙂
