Celery Slaw with Turmeric Dressing
This delicious and healthy slaw recipe features anti-inflammatory turmeric and a tasty dose of ground black pepper which helps boost your body’s absorption of turmeric for maximum effect.

CELERY SLAW
4 cups celery, diced small (keep leaves)
2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
2 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded
½ cup green onions, small diced
DRESSING
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 turmeric root, 1 inch grated
½ tbsp raw honey
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper

Prepare and then toss all celery slaw ingredients together in a mixing bowl

Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl

Pour the turmeric dressing over the celery slaw ingredients and toss until well combined.
